The CMCA (Certified Manager
of Community Associations) certification helps ensure that
community and property managers have the knowledge, experience,
and integrity to provide the best possible service to your
association. It can elevate the managers’ credibility
and the community association's confidence in their management
company.
The AMS (Association Management Specialist)
designation demonstrates a higher level of commitment to the
community association industry. An AMS designation is for managers
who want to enhance their career opportunities by increasing
their knowledge and expertise.
With
6 CMCA certified Managers, TPW Management has more than any
other management company in the state of Vermont. We also currently
have 3 AMS certified Managers.
TPW Management also employs Class II
and Class III State of Vermont Water System Operators.
Most TPW Employees are CPR and AED (automated external defibrillator)
Certified. This new life saving skill is a great asset to the
associations that we serve. |
